• Bryant has been a patent lawyer for ten years and previously co-founded Cognition IP, a legal tech startup in the patent field which achieved 7 figures of annual revenue and was backed by Khosla Ventures, Mayfield Fund, and Y Combinator. He was a patent lawyer at Covington & Burling, one of the biggest law firms in the U.S., and graduated from Harvard Law School where he was on the law review. Prior to that he was a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon.
• Earl previously co-founded a successful legal compliance startup called DataGrail (Series C, raised $84M), which sells privacy software to the legal departments of large enterprises. Prior to DataGrail, he has been a technical and product leader at many startups.
