Hey 👋! It's Will and Nisal here. We’re building Phonely, an AI receptionist system that ensures you’ll never get put on hold again.

We are both former PhD AI researchers from the University of Melbourne, and 8 months ago, we set out to build an AI receptionist that could do everything that a person could do over the phone, and it's safe to say we’re done just that.

Phonely uses a website URL to build a humanlike AI answering system in just a few minutes. Our platform then connects to scheduling software, routes calls, and integrates with an existing knowledge base, all while improving its responses over time.

After the call, Phonely provides powerful AI analytics and automatically extracts relevant information, sending it directly to the business CRM, phone, or inbox.

Phonely combines the best voice providers, language models, and transcription software to create contextually accurate, lifelike voice responses in under a second. If you give us your website, we will visit every page and extract relevant information automatically, formatting it to work with our custom-trained language models. We also directly integrate with a bunch of different software, such as Google Calendar and Zapier, to make it easy to manage appointments and so much more.
