All YC startups attending are well-funded and actively hiring; each event starts with founders giving pitches for you to get familiar with the business and vision, followed by a virtual expo hall for you to network with the founders and their teams directly.

We’ll have 20+ YC startups that are looking for sales people, marketing experts, growth specialists and operators, among others. All companies are well-funded and growing quickly, and are looking for versatile candidates to help them scale their business.

It’s likely that the responsibility of hosting virtual events no longer falls solely on the webinar expert in your organization. It’s now a necessity for all teams to host their own virtual events to stay connected with customers, employees and followers. The uptick in virtual events at YC — and amongst YC companies — has reminded us that the details matter. For an audience to find an event truly valuable, you have to remove distractions and over prepare for the hiccups. Here is a list of dos and don’ts when it comes to hosting a virtual event:
YC Fireside and Office Hours at Harvard - Feb 11
