Andco: Agentic case workups for personal injury law firms.
See original launch post

TLDR: Andco's AI agents run the entire pre-litigation workup for personal injury firms across every channel they use: fax, email, mail, web, SMS, and voice - so they can scale their firm without overhead.

The first 24 hours of a case, with Andco

The moment a PI firm signs a new client, a race starts. Police reports need to be pulled, insurers need to be called, medical providers need to be faxed (yes, still faxed). Our agents go off across all channels in parallel: requesting the police report, opening claims with carriers like Geico and Progressive, identifying UM/UIM coverage, engaging adjusters, requesting records and bills from every treating provider, and running follow-up cadences until everything lands. Roughly 8 hours of legal staff work, done before anyone at the firm sits down at their desk.

The Problem

Personal injury is a $50B+ industry, and firms live or die on pre-litigation workup speed. The problem: every case requires chasing dozens of documents from police departments, insurance carriers, and medical providers — most of whom still run on fax, mail, and phone. Firms have two options today

  1. Hire armies of legal staff + paralegals (expensive, high turnover, caps your caseload)
  2. Outsource to point-solution retrieval vendors (slow, opaque, expensive per-request)

Legal tech built for this has historically been document and case management systems — great for storing things, terrible at actually doing the work. Meanwhile AI tooling in PI has mostly focused on downstream workflows like medical chronologies and demand drafting, which still depend on someone else getting the case context in first.

The Solution

Andco runs the pre-lit workup end-to-end. We're the system that actually does the work of getting the context. Our agents operate across fax, email, mail, web, SMS, and voice - the same channels your legal staff uses, plus a few they can't scale on. We're live with PI firms across the US and are exploring pilots with the world's largest injury law firms.

Early results:

• 8 hours saved in the first 24 hours of a case

• 24+ hours saved between intake and demand
