His research at university focused on quantum computing and time series forecasting which he sold to an insurance company. Het studied CS and Statistics along with Robotics, Cognition and Intelligence in Munich. He was also a national level tennis and squash player.

Hey YC! We’re Johann and Het building Andustry. We are an AI native broker that helps manufacturers find suppliers for industrial parts and equipment.

Sourcing for SME manufacturers often takes months, and they almost always overpay for their orders.

The current process is disorganized. Teams spend months sourcing a single part, and need to deal with several suppliers, trade shows, countries, regulations, banks, and any complications that come in the way.

Andustry deals with all of this, so that you don’t have to.
