Hey everyone! We’re Sukhjit and Sriman, co-founders of Sennu AI (W25).

The Problem

Tech consulting firms offer a suite of deeply technical services (SAP S/4HANA migrations, AWS Redshift implementation) with large contract sizes ($100,000-$1,000,000+). Sales representatives at these firms struggle due to a lack of technical knowledge leading to ineffective outbound, inaccurate estimates on pricing, and lost deals. AI has only made this problem worse as SDRs face an increasing number of new unfamiliar services to sell (Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio) and rapid changes in recent years have rendered historical pricing unreliable for many technical services.

Backstory

Growing up in a tech consulting family, I (Sriman) experienced firsthand the challenges of running a project-based business, especially a technical one. The lack of recurring revenue meant that sales was an ongoing challenge to keep the lights on year after year. I saw in the previous technology shift how sales reps were left struggling from the radical shift from on-prem to cloud leading to unsuccessful outbound, mistakes in sales calls, and frustrated teams. We aim to prevent the same thing happening again during this shift to AI by solving sales and host of other problems that impact project based businesses.

Our Team

Sukhjit and Sriman have worked together for over a decade having been debate partners in high school, starting our own tutoring business out of our college dorm, to even interning together at Brex. With strong technical backgrounds—Sukhjit at Brex and Sriman at Confluent—they’re now channeling their expertise into solving a problem that directly affects their own parents, a mission they’re both deeply passionate about.

Our Vision

We believe that in the next 10 years humans will no longer be the central processors of information but rather strategic overseers who provide high-level direction. A future service based business will operate as an ecosystem of AI workers that handle all end to end business operations. Sales is just the beginning - at Sennu AI we plan to lead the transformation of service based businesses into the AI age.
