The Problem

Commercial real estate brokers make money by connecting property owners with potential buyers or tenants.

Here's their challenge: before they can make any deals, they need to find and contact the actual property owners. While spotting interesting buildings is easy, discovering who owns them is surprisingly difficult.

A single property search can take hours as brokers dig through shell companies and multiple databases, trying to find the actual owner's contact info. Many end up hiring assistants just for this research, cutting into their profits.

Without solving this time-consuming research step, brokers can't reach owners; without them, they can't close deals.
