Goldbridge is building the financial operating system for the largest asset class in the world – real estate. More than $1T in rent flows through landlord bank accounts annually, with roughly a quarter locked in idle reserves and security deposits – and billions more leaking from unnecessary property expenses. And with $2.5T in real estate loans about to mature in 2027/28, property owners are desperate to boost their income ASAP. Goldbridge solves this problem by creating the first AI-powered banking platform for real estate owners. We are backed by Y Combinator and other world-class investors, and our founding team includes a 2x YC founder, former White House advisor, and 100-unit real estate owner/operator with deep industry expertise. Come help us redefine the future of real estate.

Infrastructure projects like data centers, factories, and energy facilities require navigating hundreds of permits and regulatory approvals before construction can begin. Today this process is handled through consultants, spreadsheets, and thousands of pages of documentation, adding years to project timelines and millions in consulting costs. We are building an AI autopilot to automate infrastructure permitting and regulatory compliance. Our goal is to significantly reduce the time and cost required to get infrastructure projects approved and built.

The founders were the first and second hires at a previous YC company AssemblyAI, and have more than 8 years of experience building AI models. Creating immersive 3D experiences typically requires complex equipment and suffers from slow rendering speeds. This has limited the adoption of 3D technology across various industries. Digitalcarbon fixes that, eliminating the need for specialized equipment and dramatically accelerating the rendering process. Our technology enables applications across various industries: * Real estate: Creating virtual property tours that feel remarkably lifelike * E-commerce: Providing interactive 3D product visualizations to boost consumer experience * Tourism: Helping tourist businesses attract more travelers with immersive virtual previews * Drone mapping and inspection: Enhancing aerial surveys and structural assessments with detailed 3D models Think Unreal Engine meets Matterport with no hardware, but faster, editable, and more accessible for businesses of all sizes.

    Tandem
    Y Combinator LogoS2024

The pandemic reduced office use nationwide by 50%, and tenants have been left to deal with highly inflexible, long term lease agreements that don’t fit today’s office use patterns. The traditional brokerage model works great for big spaces and long terms. But when you want to talk smaller units, short term lengths, shared and common areas, you’re out of luck. Tandem is an AI-native office leasing platform. We’re using technology to unlock an easier leasing process. Our AI co-pilot provides a white-glove-quality B2B office search experience, with a fraction of the human labor typically required. Today we’re serving three primary markets — NY, SF and BOS. We’ve helped more than 500 companies find great office space and have seen double-digit month-over-month growth.

Cash Flow Portal is an investment management platform for real estate. We launched 5 months ago, and we have 6-figure ARR, growing 50% month over month, with 300 syndicators and 3,000 investors. We’ve grown quickly because I am a syndicator myself. Having raised $20MM for my own deals, I know how painful it is to manually prepare Docusigns, send wire instructions and wrangle investors. I also happen to be friends with 2,000 other syndicators just like me needing a solution for managing their investors. I’m not just a syndicator. I spent most of my career as an engineering leader at Lyft, Twitter, and Amazon. $20K ARR per syndicator gives us a $2B TAM. Having achieved my own financial freedom through real estate investing, our mission is to serve all real estate investors and help them achieve financial freedom.

  • Lofty
    Lofty
    Y Combinator LogoS2019
Active • 7 employees • Miami, FL, USA
Lofty is a marketplace that let's anyone sell a house to investors online. Instead of the typical real estate transaction where one seller sells to one buyer, Lofty is much more flexible. Sellers fractionalize their equity ownership in the property into smaller units, so that anyone can buy a portion for as little as $50, allowing access to one of the best asset classes for people who have previously been locked out. Sellers can also sell a portion of their equity (starting at just 10%) instead of the entire property or create customized HELOC structures. Investors can browse a variety of individual real estate properties ranging from commercial strip malls, a HELOC in someone's house, Airbnbs, to a single-family rental properties, and directly purchase ownership in these properties in under 5 minutes. There is no lockup period. Users can constantly trade these ownerships with others on the marketplace. Investors truly legally own the properties they invested in and co-manage it with other investors through an online governance program. Owners have so far voted on how to handle various repairs, delinquent tenants, the sale of the underlying property, and much more. Lofty never custodies or handles user funds or assets. Through smart-contracts on the blockchain, all transactions are directly peer-to-peer. If we succeed, we'll have built the NASDAQ for real estate and transformed how real estate is bought and sold in the USA.

Homeroom helps investors provide affordable housing while making a 22% ROI. We do this by sourcing properties, arranging capital, managing construction, vetting tenants and collecting rent by the room. To date, Homeroom has brought on 85 property investors, growing 6X annually, are bringing in 420K in annualized net-revenue How it works: We help investors buy homes in cities that are attractive to young people, but lack affordable housing options. We then renovate and after about 20 days, the home is ready and we find qualified renters by the room. We launched in 2018 in Kansas City with 1 home. We now have 105 homes in 31 cities. In 2021, we grew rental GMV to $1.8M (300% YoY growth). Our average rent across every property is $458, which is about 50% lower than market comps, and our investors see returns up to 50% higher. We are HomeRoom. Johnny is the financial analyst/domain expert. Thomas is a cereal entrepreneur with a PHD in ML, and Mike hacked growth for Airbnb and Facebook.
