Hey everyone! @Bryan and @Ryan here, excited to share what we have been working on at @Manatee.

🌟 Our North Star

Prospects leaving your demo should know exactly how your product helps them, and be excited to buy.

😠 What’s the Problem?

Product demos should be personalized to each prospect - and not just data. Often times the demo flow itself isn’t applicable to the user. Here’s how some of our users used to remedy this:

  • Pester your engineers to make a demo deployment (which then has to be maintained)
  • Photoshop/Figma to edit static images of the product Walk prospect through a flow and hope it’s useful for them

If you do any of these things, we could be a fit for you!

🔨 The Solution

  • Full fledged sandbox. Don’t constrain your prospect to a flow, give them access to play with your full platform (without actually having access)
  • Customize these demo environments for each prospect
  • Send the link to the prospect to walk through the demo with them on call or asynchronously
  • Leave Figma-esque comments around the demo to ask questions
  • Replay the prospects interaction with the demo to see what they care about in your product
  • Embed the demo on your site with an email collection form to generate inbound leads

We put the demos in the hands of the sales team entirely, meaning every part of the demo process can be done without code.

🤯 Why can’t we just use Walnut/Reprise?

Walnut and Reprise are great products, but have limited use cases. Without a sandbox, you can’t be sure that the prospect is looking specifically for the feature highlighted.

Also, we auto-update your demo to be in sync with frontend changes!
