Hey Everyone!

Richie and Frank here! We are the co-founders of Praxim.

TL;DR

Praxim is an AI-native workspace that organizes all your communications and documents into one unified platform. Praxim is the first such platform that can AI edit formatted files and documents like DOCX and PDF directly, reply to emails and text, and answer queries, all with company and user specific knowledge in mind.

Watch our demo here.

The problem:

Email is used as the primary form of communication in the majority of office jobs worldwide. Unfortunately, email is cumbersome, unorganized, and not well integrated with necessary tools to retrieve information and edit the very documents that are being emailed. Teams waste valuable time searching for information and juggling multiple pieces of software—especially when it comes to editing formatted documents like DOCX (and other MS office files) and PDF with regard to critical company-specific details. Why should you have to leave your email and open up 3 different applications just to add your name, find your EIN and one revenue figure, add them to a document, and send the document back?

Other AI email clients are overly complicated for the average user and are siloed. They don’t have the ability to automate tasks outside of drafting emails and providing summaries, let alone with proprietary context. Existing AI document editors either cannot edit existing formatted documents, generating rarely used file types like .rtf from scratch (avoiding the difficult task of editing tough file formats like DOCX), or are standalone software that does not have the user/company specific knowledge database required to make meaningful edits (like Word with Co-Pilot).

The solution:

We are solving both of these issues with a first-of-its-kind platform that integrates formatted document editing seamlessly within an all-in-one inbox that houses all your communications, centered around email. Praxim has an agentic chat with knowledge of all the information in your files, emails and proprietary company and user specific information that you would otherwise want it to know. Praxim can use this information to AI edit formatted files and documents like DOCX and PDF directly, organize and display your inbox intelligently, reply to emails, and answer information queries with exact references, all with enterprise and user specific information in mind.

Praxim is far more than just an email inbox. We are redefining the way knowledge work is being done. Our goal is for you to never have to leave Praxim.
