What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?

Running a single website experiment today takes marketers, designers, engineers, and weeks of coordination. Before starting Sherpa, Norbu ran 50+ growth experiments at Lindy and felt this pain on each one. $7 trillion in commerce flows through digital funnels every year and most companies aren't running nearly enough experiments to improve their conversion rates. Sherpa finds what needs to change on a website, builds it, and tests it, all on its own.

What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?

We're building software that improves itself. In this world, every website you visit, every app you open, every product you use gets better automatically based on real usage data. We're starting with conversion optimization because the feedback loops are tight and the outcomes are measurable.
